How it works

How our pricing works

Every package has a clear starting price, and the process is always the same three steps. You know the full cost before we write a single line of code.

Step 01

Discovery call

We spend 30 minutes learning your workflows, your existing tools, and where the real bottlenecks are. By the end we have a clear scope: which workflows to automate, in what order, and roughly what integrations are involved.

Step 02

Fixed-price proposal

We turn that scope into a written plan with a single fixed price, a defined timeline, and a list of exactly what gets built. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices. You approve it before anything starts.

Step 03

Build, deploy, hand off

We build inside sandboxed environments, run automated tests, and deploy to your stack. You get full source code, written documentation, and a recorded walkthrough. Two weeks of post-launch support are included in every Growth engagement.

You own everything we build. The source code transfers to you at project close, along with all documentation. There is no proprietary platform tying you to us, no subscription required to keep the agent running, and no surprise invoices. If you want to hand the codebase off to an internal developer later, you can. The optional monthly retainer exists for teams who want ongoing monitoring and new workflow development, not as a requirement to keep the lights on. FAQ

Common questions about AI automation pricing

Real questions from people evaluating custom ai automation pricing. Honest answers, no spin.

How much does AI automation cost?

Our packages start at $500 for a single workflow, $1,000 for a custom agent, $2,000 for a multi-system build, and $5,000 for a full build-out. The biggest cost drivers are the number of systems to connect, the complexity of the business logic involved, and how much custom error-handling and monitoring you need. We confirm the exact package and price on the scoping call, so there are no open-ended hourly arrangements. If you want a rough sense before the call, our AI automation cost guide walks through typical ranges.

How long does a build take?

Most builds take two to six weeks from scoped plan to deployed agent. A focused single-workflow automation with clean existing data can move faster. Builds with multiple integrations, custom testing environments, or enterprise security requirements take longer. We put a specific timeline in the project agreement before anything starts.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Full source code ownership transfers to you at project close. You get a complete repository with documentation. You are not locked into any proprietary platform or any ongoing relationship with us. Take the code and run it yourself, hand it to an internal developer, or bring in another agency. It is yours.

What is included in the monthly retainer?

The Enterprise retainer covers ongoing monitoring of your deployed agents, performance and cost optimization as underlying API pricing changes, model updates when better versions ship, new workflow development as your needs grow, monthly reporting on agent activity and bottlenecks, and a dedicated channel for fast-turnaround questions. It is for teams who want someone accountable for the system continuing to work well long-term, not just for the initial build.

Do you offer a guarantee or refunds?

We do not bill anything until after a scoping call where we agree in writing on what will be built, by when, and for what price. That defined scope is the protection: you know exactly what you are paying for before you commit. If something built to spec does not function as defined, we fix it. We do not offer refunds on completed work delivered per the agreed scope, because at that point the code and all assets are already yours.

What drives the price up or down?

Price goes up with: more workflows, more systems to integrate, complex business logic, sandboxed environments or enterprise security requirements, and tight deadlines. Price comes down with: clearly scoped single use-cases, clean and accessible existing data, flexibility on timeline, and teams who can handle their own hosting. The discovery call exists to figure out which of these apply before any numbers are locked. Book a discovery call and we can give you a realistic range in the first 15 minutes.

Your team is spending 10–20 hours a week on work an AI agent should handle.

Every week you wait is another week of manual workflows, missed follow-ups, and wasted operational capacity.
