- Inquiry data — Retained for up to 2 years from your last interaction, unless you request deletion sooner.
- Client project data — Retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years for legal and accounting compliance, in accordance with Tennessee business records requirements.
- Site log data — Retained for up to 90 days, then purged automatically.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a secure manner.
07 Data Security
